Our goal is to assist you in finding a good job. In order to assist us in reaching that goal, our associates MUST adhere to the following rules:

Please keep us informed of any of the following:
§ If you have an urgent situation or emergency that will make you late or unable to go to work;
§ Any and all problems you may be experiencing while on the job;
§ Availability for work – contact us at least once a week;
§ Changes to your Address, E-Mail or Contact Phone #'s;
§ Changes to your Income Tax Filing Status;
§ Banking / Direct Deposit changes.
Attendance & Reliability
In order to increase your chances of long-term employment and to be considered for wage increases, bonuses and/or incentives, our associates MUST abide by the following:
Punctuality
Employers look for people who are highly motivated and have a “Can Do Attitude". The best way to show them you have what it takes to be successful is to:
Consistently Arrive Early & Volunteer to Stay Late!
Be Responsible & Thorough You never know if and when an employer will recommend an employee for a different position within their company - perhaps as a promotion OR the employer may recommend you to another employer that may be a more appropriate match. Be Polite & Courteous If a position is not the right fit, don't call out, no show, walk-off the job, or quit. If you "burn a bridge" with an employer - regardless of the work conditions, it could come back to haunt you. Employers realize that not everyone is suitable for a certain position and they will try to find another suitable position within their company for good people. Employers also talk to one another - which could be good or bad - depending on how you handle the situation.
Ask your supervisor for feedback concerning your job performance and volunteer to assist them any way you can.
Instead, let the Express Team know that the current assignment is not the right fit, stay on the job while we find you another position and a suitable replacement for the employer. This way you will have a steady income and everyone is happy. You never know if and when the employer may have a more suitable position for you and welcomes you back....
