Temporary Hire
* Don't let the name "TEMPORARY" fool you!
Our Temporary Hire program is a terrific way to staff your company for a day or for an indefinite period of time.
* We handle all the payroll taxes, workers' compensation and unemployment insurance and claims for our associates;
* Our associates enjoy the best benefits package in the industry - many with no waiting period. When compared to our competitors, this enables Express to recruit better candidates;
* If our associate is not a good match, we'll replace them at any time.
Evaluation Hire
* This is our most popular program because it offers the employer/client the greatest flexibility in the selection process and it is the most cost-effective program for long-term placements;
* The client can evaluate the associate/employee for a pre-selected amount of time. If the associate is not making the grade, we'll replace them at any time. Once the evaluation period has elapsed, the employer can:
1) Make the associate a permanent member of their team;
2) Continue the evaluation period for as long as they like;
3) Terminate the associate and request a replacement; or
4) End the assignment.

Direct Hire
* Our Direct Hire program is typically reserved for situations in which the employer/client or the candidate prefers to be on the employers payroll from Day 1. In some cases, this is necessary due to the nature of the employer's business and/or the position being filled.
* There is typically a one (1) time replacement guarantee if the relationship between employer/client & employee is severed for any reason during a pre-determined period of time.
* The fee for a Direct Hire placement is typically based upon the 1st year compensation package offered to the successful candidate and it's paid by the employer.

* Express' recruiting and screening process is ISO 9001:9002 Certified for proven consistency and quality assurance;
* We can compress the recruiting time and also conduct skills evaluations and testing to get you a well-qualified candidate - sooner than if you were to do it yourself;
* For Temporary or Evaluation Hire assignments, we handle the payroll for the associates which includes payroll taxes, unemployment and workers' compensation insurance and claims, as well as the associate's benefits. This saves the employer time, paperwork and money.
* A 4 Hour Guarantee - During the first 4 hours of a temporary or evaluation hire assignment, if our associate is not making the grade, we'll replace them and the first 4 hours are on us!
